“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……

“We had a studio so maybe it's different in the other rooms but it said paper towels were provided and they were not. No inside table to eat. We grilled outside one night no gas grill or utensils. We had to go buy some. Just wish I had known so I could be prepared. Otherwise the place was great. Very clean and the location was perfect ”

“We loved this property and its proximity to the Tampa Sports Complex. It was a well-maintained property. The communication was very good when we had any issues, at all. ”

“Perfect location on the west side of Mandalay Avenue, literally 5 doors down from the beach. This pet friendly find is a rare gem on North Clearwater Beach. Located near the pet friendly entrance to beach. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor patio was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Thanks Joseph for the great hospitality. ”

“Communication with host was great fast response. Apartment was just as described big enough for the two of us. Close to location of our event. ”

“The property is great for a few days stay. It is equipped with pretty much everything you need, the free bottle of wine is a nice touch. Somebody mentioned in a review I read that the apartment is rather dark inside and that is certainly true for the apartment we stayed at, there is no window. But there is a nice area outside around the pool where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air and hang out in privacy. The pool itself is a little bit on the cold side for my taste….Odin is a very nice host……
