“The condo was incredibly clean and had great views. We had problems with the AC in the first unit and they quickly changed us to another unit so it didn’t interfere with our vacation. Very happy overall. ”

“Wonderful unit, very clean and well stocked. Pretty much anything you could want or need on vacation, it’s provided. My grandchildren enjoyed the board games, beach toys/boogie boards and pool. Sandy was very communicative and checked on us during our stay. I would highly recommend and would stay again.”

“Our 2 night stay was wonderful! It was a beautiful place! We enjoyed the waterfront pool, a beautiful sunset, a bike ride on the nearby trail and sitting on the balcony. The facilities washer and dryer, available to use, was an added benefit to keep up on laundry. May was very sweet and quick to respond to any question. Hope to be back to stay again!!”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Clearwater at the Avalon. The host was very nice to work with. Margaret communicated with us to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The unit is beautiful and had all the amentias that we needed. The location was perfect for us. I would recommend the unit to all!”

The condo is superb & has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay - down to shampoo, conditioner, detergent, dishwasher tabs, food wrap. We cooked a range of food with ease when not dining out.The condo is near enought to the pool to be handy but far enough to be quiet & our overall stay was very peaceful.
