“What a pleasant surprise! Super spacious and well renovated and super clean!! ”

“To start the owners are very accommodating with issues with payment or financials. The house was very clean, very tidy and very spacious for all that we had and that was 10 people! The view was amazing. The amenities were great. The house is in a great location where you’re 20 minutes from just about the beaches and the shops! I would definitely recommend for big family going to visit.”

“This was was perfect for a big group of friends visiting Tampa area. There were more than enough rooms/bathrooms and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably . Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that can sleep a big group!”

“The property was beautiful, very clean and had all described amenities. However, for a house that sleeps up to 22 people there was very minimal necessities, for example; no oven mits, zero extra towels/blankets/pillows, not enough plates/cutlery. No kitchen towels. I believe this is a newer listing so overall this property was great and worth the money but a 50 run to the dollar store would definitely make a difference. ”

“From start to finish this process was seamless. The property was identical to the pictures. When we arrived, the entire group was pleasantly surprised. The house was just what we needed for our stay and so much more. The host was very professional and answered all our questions ASAP. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater and the pool was very relaxing. We made soooooo many memories and TikTok videos in the stairs. We indeed had more than enough space. We will definitely be booking you guys……

“Great location. Clean house. My family of four had a great time. Beach right across the street was clean and quiet. Had everything we needed in the house. Management team was responsive. Will come again. And if you are reviewing this, look into the trolley system. It is great. We didnt need a car all week. ”

“Wonderful stay in a beautiful location. House was very well equipped and had nice “touches” throughout! Owners were very easy to communicate with and replied quickly when contacted! Would definitely stay at this property again! ”

Property manager was extremely easy to contact prior to our stay and there were no reasons to reach out while we were there. Property has EVERYTHING you need for a stay in a beach town from umbrellas, to chairs, to towels to toys for kids. Would highly recommend and will be staying again on our next trip to CB”

“Absolutely beautiful home that was so well-equipped for all of our needs! We cooked big meals together for 29 people repeatedly and there was plenty of dishes, specialized utensils and gadgets, appliances, etc - all that we could ask for and more. Additionally, there was everything we needed for fun and safe days at the beach (chairs, canopies/tents, sand toys, boogie boards, etc)!Comfy beds, TVs in every room. I can’t think of anything we lacked for. Thank you so much!!”
