“The hotel is beautiful. Everything looks like new. The roof bar is value for money. It's not easy to find a great view from the top of the building. Also, staffs are really helpful. They whatsapp me about the arrangement before the day I checked in, and offer help 24/7. Such a good team. ”

But, the pool was under renovation, and we heard drilling sounds above our room on the first day – a heads-up would’ve been nice. They should offer an accommodation coupon or something as compensation. Also, more drinking water in the room would be great.”

“The hotel is old and poorly maintained. My first night, around 3 am in the morning, the fridge is broken and woke me up with screaming noise. I asked them to fix it the second day, but it the same. End up I need to unplug the fridge.”
