“Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. ”

“Clean spacious room with a great view of the beach, sea and castle. Walking to the busy front is about 30/40 mins if via the coast walk or 10/15 minutes if via steep walk through the streets at the rear of the hotel. Friendly helpful staff, a staff member actually ran out of the hotel to put our parking permit in the car to thwart a zealous traffic warden. A decent buffet breakfast with cereal, fruit,toast or cooked full English available. Would stay here again. ”

“Stayed at the manor court for the last 4 years,garden suite,pod and room.All very well kept and clean. Noce breakfast with various choices. Just one small thing,beds in garden room chalets are comfortable,but small in size.To aid more comfort maybe replace with three quarter beds.”

“Really nice hotel. The staff member i met was helpful. I had a small single room which had everything i needed for my short stay. It was clean and looked well maintained. I didn't have any meals there but the dining rooms looked clean and well decorated. I would stay again.”

“Good location at the top of town. Could leave car parked and walk to seafront easily through the town centre. Was close to Stephen Joseph Theatre where we saw a show. Hotel is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Rooms were comfortable but wish I'd spotted the blackout blind before I went bed.”

“The Palace Hill Hotel was excellent from start to finish. Adam, Tip & Baby Jasmine were excellent hosts. Good location, street parking permit given on arrival for easy parking behind hotel. Room was clean & fresh, cleaned everyday of our stay, fresh towels when required, coffee, tea & hot chocolate replenished daily, bottle of water refilled daily. Bed was comfortable, plenty of storage & hanger space. Bathroom was good with towel rail, toilet, basin, shower & cabinet. Shower was the best we……
