“We had such a wonderful stay! From the very beginning, communication was excellent – Jennie was so kind and attentive, even making sure our late arrival went smoothly. The check-in process was simple, and we immediately felt welcome. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed (including a mini fridge, which was really convenient).
