“Staff were very helpful and polite. I will name the staff memberd we became familiar with- Yousef, Saeed, Naif, Ahmed, Mohamed, Sharif and Jameel. There was also 1 female and 1 male staff member at the breakfast buffet every morning who made my children feel welcome and comfortable- thank you. The manager Saeed upgraded us to a bigger room as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel is very clean. The children loved staying here. The breakfast buffet was superb, every morning there was a different menu……

“The property is gorgeous. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was huge and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is a short, uber ride away. Employees were very attentive and professional. Excellent stay. The only thing to pay attention to is the name of the hotel. When you book on Orbitz, the hotel is called "the Apartments" but actually it's the Intercontinental Jeddah."The Apartments" is just one of the buildings in the complex. “Everything was OK”

“This hotel is an excellent value. Located in between Old Jeddah and the newer Corniche it is a $5 to $7 Uber ride to either location. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was substantial and quite good. Park Hyatt is just across the street where you can have a Mocktail, watch the sunset over the Red Sea, and have a great view of the tallest water fountain in the world all from the same table. Highly recommend this hotel for the good value it represents.”
