“We’ve just checked out from Lazy Waves and wanted to share our lovely experience. We spent a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect- right across from the famous Towan Beach with the iconic house on the island. The owners themselves run the place, which makes a real difference - you can feel the care and warmth in everything. “A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. “Very welcoming. Amazing location, with epic views. Easy to get to Fistral beach and Crantock beach. Wicked spot at the top of the hill 5 mins walk to the top of cliff edge to watch the sunset.
