“This is a fantastic condo. Located near all the amenities that we have access too. My daughter was playing a big two day golf tournament, so the proximity to the putting green and course was golden. The owners communicated well and description was spot on. It was very clean, comfortable and attention to detail was great. My favorite part was the king size bed!!!!! So so so comfortable. I really enjoyed the property and will book again.”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — from the cozy beds to the well-maintained furniture. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The property has fantastic on-site amenities, including tennis courts and several delicious dining options nearby. “There was much packed into this small kitchen. We had light breakfasts and snacking/reheating leftovers. Lots of comfortable,spacious rooms to relax, property had the best spot in the area with views of the James River and nightly deer sightings. Very safe and secure in this lovely gated community. “We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym……
