“One of the comfiest beds I have stayed in lovely big shower. The food was magnificent.A lot of choice of local produce perfectly cooked and coped wonderfully with my allergies. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were so friendly safe car park situated in lovely village with with beautiful dark skies for viewing the stars nice and peaceful we will be back”

“If you are looking to stay in a traditional English Pub, this is the place. Cozy rooms with great washroom facilities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Rooms are equipped with electricity outlets, wifi and tv for those needing it. The pub itself is fantastic with a very well stocked bar. The restaurant serves home cooked meals with a great selection of local produce. From this location you are pretty central to either coast and Dartmoor itself. “This B&B hotel was beyond our expectation, really nice and warm feeling staying there. Only 10 min driving to Plymouth downtown, quite and comfortable. Nice and traditional building with good experience. Good breakfast and condition that we really enjoy staying there for 2 nights. “Little fly fishing break for hubby. Lovely room with all the facilities, except a telly; this was a bonus though. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Will definitely be back for more fishing!”

“My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and, as an added bonus, came with a coffee machine so no terrible instant coffee in the morning. The food took what was already an excellent stay to another level at both breakfast and dinner with amazing food. The two men running things also strike the perfect balance of friendly, attentive and relaxed to make you feel welcome. When I’m next in the area I’ll definitely be staying again.”

“Staff were really helpful and kind. Room was immaculate, bathroom was spotless and linens were high-quality and pristine. Bed was comfy, and some nice touches like local treats and toiletries. The breakfast was really good quality and reasonably priced. Biggest downside is that the room was cramped— we were on a several-day trip, so it was hard to manage our large suitcases in the space. Would have also helped to have some more hooks or something to hang clothes and towels from. Overall, would……
