“The hotel has a very good location, which is close to public transport system, some major tourist attractions, and good restaurants. The hotel staffs are very friendly. Regarding the room, it is spacious and clean. The washing machine in the room is very convenient for family trip.”

“This hotel is just amazingly wonderful from the location, service and room size/condition. We stayed here for the last two days of our Kyoto cherry Blossom vacation 2025 and I must say the highlight of the 9 days trip would have to be this hotel. It is situated in the center of shopping/ dining district, you are basically within everything after stepping out of the hotel lift. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, venue was clean, spacious……

“All was great. Clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Great location, with Nishiki Market, countless restaurants, and grocery nearby. The only minor complaint I have is the slowness of filling the hot tub on the first day. On subsequent days it got better, however. The staff was very responsive through email. ”

“The brief 3 night stay was amazing! Fantastic location close to convenience stores, malls and train stations. The room was very upmarket and comfortable. The waterfall shower feature was incredible and there was a water station on every level if you wanted hot/cold water to drink. Highly recommended!”
