“Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. “It’s a new hotel and the staff is excellent. Even when I had issues, they worked on everything right away and made sure to check in on me daily. “All staff are helpful with good smile. Rooms are very clean and tidy but a little bit old. Mini stores and massage shop and restaurant are available outside the hotel. “Very friendly and helpful staff right from the checkin in to checking out. Staff were always very attentive and offering to help when required. Grounds and pool area very clean, staff continually checking for cleanliness. Hotel very quiet and safe. Pool access rooms excellent, only criticism was that there are no ladder/steps from room directly into the pool, only steps at end of pool and the lounges on the verandah were more like chairs and not very comfortable for lounging.”
