“Was not impressed with this facility. I was going to cancel the second reservation I had after my first stay, but then had to keep it after I noticed it was non-refundable. I definitely won't be coming back. “Manus was an excellent host and he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The guest house is very well located for access to Pretoria East. The gardens are immaculate and the fountains give a very peaceful "away from it all" feel to the place. Comfy bed and good WiFi. High recommended; we will stay again.”

“Overnight stay - arrived after lunch and left before 10am. Pools were too cold to swim but looked great with lots of communal areas and fun things for kids. Restaurant closed on Tuesdays - so we walked to the nearest bar and had a few ice cold beers and 'fast food' for next to nothing. Restaurant open for breakfast - excellent service, food quality and price - we had a pancake stack (flapjacks as they call them) - delicious. Overall in need of a little refurbishment but for what we paid, and……

“We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants. “C'était un sejour merveilleux!! Le confort absolu de la chambre et le service impeccable de l'ensemble du personnel !! Il ya tellement de petites attentions que l'on a l'impression d'être des personnes exceptionnelles. “The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants are nice too, but I had paid for three breakfasts for three nights, then I paid for a forth night in the same room, and they would not let me use my prepaid, but unused, breakfast from the day before. It left a bad taste in my mouth about this hotel as it felt a bit unfair and stingy. The customer service just isn’t up to the level of a classy hotel.”
