“This property was amazing! It truly felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space to fit our two families comfortably. The location was close to downtown Kona but had an amazing view overlooking it all. The property owners were very helpful with tips and were quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again. ”

“We were a group of 5 adults, 3 singles & 1 couple and the setup of the house was perfect for us. The location is very convenient. We loved being in walking distance of a beach and a great restaurant. The kitchen had just about anything one might need and there are plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glassware. Nice furnishings, well maintained and tasteful. The owners were very responsive to our communications and the pre-visit information was a treasure trove of great activity suggestions. I really……

“I live on Oahu with my family and flew up to the Big Island for a state high school track meet. Everything from check in to check out was smooth, aside from a little bump trying to get through the gates but once we figured out the code to get in the gates, we had no issues. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family. The little shopping area was an easy walk right down the street. The pool was relaxing. ”

“Home was perfect for our trip. Kids and adults loved the pool. I was worried about it not being heated cause I don’t like cold water, but the pool temp was perfect! Close to shopping, activities and public beaches. Highly recommend! ”

“This property was absolutely heavenly. House has top quality finishes and appliances. Within a gated community, we felt safe at all times. It was quiet and private, without the hectic traffic of “downtown” Kona. Perfect for our group (1 married couple, and two single friends). We’d love to stay here again. ”

Had a bit of an ant problem to start the trip that somehow got into sealed bagels, so take the signs about leaving food out seriously. There were even a few spices available for our use - which is a bonus!There were plenty of beach equipment for our use. We really enjoyed using the golf cart to use around the resort area. The highlight of the place was the access to the beach club, tennis courts and gym! We will certainly look for this rental next time as it exceeded our expections.”
