“I think this hotel is kinda overrated. I wouldn't stay at this place again for the price I paid. My room was the standard garden view and my bed was not clean. Pillows were wet and smell. “The hotel located on the main street and just a 8-minute-walk distance to the beach makes it very convenient. I love the big pool most as I can do some serious swimming and relax. However, my friends and I got bitten by mosquitoes all the time during our stay. I recommend the hotel to take more preventive measures. Facilities in gym room is not enough as there are only a few dumbbells, yoga mats, running and cycling machines. Besides, I think they should also move the gym to a room with pool……

“It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them.
