“This apartment is located right in the heart of Accra. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The security on the apartment was very good and the receptionists were very helpful, especially Winnard who couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was very spacious and Air Conditioning in every room. If I come back to Accra again I would 100% stay here.”

“It is difficult to get help when you need it. There is no front desk service. Front desk phone not working and the responsible agent never pickup phone calls. There are ants everywhere in the apartment. The security people are great and friendly. ”

“Customer service is brilliant and overall the hotel is clean. I stayed in a standard room which was clean, had air conditioning, clothing storage, additional seating and toiletries provided. However no coat hangers were provided, no mosquito net and there are no bedside electric outlets for charging mobile etc. The food was mediocre but edible and the restaurant itself is very dated. The menu is very, very basic and not suitable for vegertarians/vegans. Generally a clean, simple hotel which……

“The staff, especially Daisy, were professional, friendly and especially accommodating. Daisy was attentive and took excellent care of us. The young men were attentive and helped us with our luggage. When it was less crowded, I had efficient service in the restaurant. One suggestion, instruct the guests on how to turn on the hot water for showers. Also, before booking, advise the guest that there are no elevators ”
