“We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as……

“What a gorgeous apartment , pool area was such a bonus and pool towels included was such a plus for when your on a short trip , everything was so clean and perfect ! Location was amazing ! Communication between the staff was 100 percent ! ”
