“La struttura è in un contesto molto piacevole, tuttavia si incorre in alcune mancanze dettate dalla scarsa volontà e dalle abitudini di procrastinazione di alcune persone di servizio. Per esempio, in camera abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e avevamo 2 asciugamani, fatto presente al primo giorno, diverse volte hanno continuato a mettere solo 2 asciugamani. Ma questa non è la sola area di miglioramento. A pranzo qualche volta mancavano i cucchiai e richiesto hanno portato un solo cucchiaio, come se questa……

“Sehr schöne Anlage mit nur kleinen Schönheitsfehlern (z.B. einer der Hauptfahrstühle rappelt und quietscht). Personal ist sehr freundlich, Speisenauswahl gut, Zimmer war groß mit schönem Ausblick (leider etwas laut durch Liefereingang im Hintergrund). Die Gläser im Zimmer rochen etwas muffig nach Putzlappen nach der Reinigung, aber sonst machte es einen sauberen Eindruck. In der ersten Hälfte der Urlaubswoche war die Auslastung nicht so hoch, so dass man wirklich ganz entspannt am Pool oder……

“Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt und Hotel. Bis auf das stinkende Badezimmer und total vergilbte Badewanne, überdachten beheizbaren Pool wo es beim reinkommen dermassen nach Chlor stinkt, weil man einfach wie im Treibhaus ist, nichts auszusetzen. Das Essen schmeckte hervorragend, Animationsteam prima, die Shows einfach klasse, das ganze Personal ist wunderbar! ”

“Our apartment was a lovely room on the third floor with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean with a daily service. Decor is a tad dated but had everything we needed. Service is excellent - all staff were super friendly & helpful. The pool area was very clean too, with complementary towels provided throughout the stay. Location is great - everything within an easy walk. I would happily stay here again! ”
