“The electricity was off because of a storm when we arrived. The hotel offered to reimburse our $$ but we had no where else to stay. So we used our flashlights and went to our room. The electricity came on about midnight. The next day I asked if they could comp our night because of the power outage but the said is was beyond their control so couldn’t refund our money. It would have been nice to have received a refund. But otherwise the stay was fine. ”

“Most of the staff was amazing except for the front desk clerk that worked Saturday between 3 and 11pm. She was a little snippy when a member of our party let her know that we had forgot to put a room number or to let them know we were at the pool on our pizza delivery. All other staff was great, and the pool and pool area were nice and clean. The room was clean and housekeeping staff was awesome. ”

“We visited Columbus and stayed at this hotel for one night during. Family trip. We felt very welcomed at checkin by a very friendly staff, she also introduced a local event on the day at courthouse to us as we are first time visitor. “Loved the unique concept and rustic decor. The main inconvenience was no bathroom sink. We had to brush teeth, etc. in kitchen. Also, ceiling fan and shower could have been cleaner. One light bulb in bedroom was broken and just hanging so we didn't turn it on. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. ”
