“Had what we needed for 1 night stay. Property is well lit and has a fresh coat of paint. Definitely a Value stay for the area. ”

“Overall it was okay. Breakfast was very good. Staff was courteous and helpful. The pool had scum floating on top and dirt all over the bottom. The secure lock on the room door was loose and about to fall off.”

“A well run hotel with a clean well kept room. Note that Hotel 6 is basic, if you would like a hair dryer, you need to ask at the front desk. There is no breakfast but there is coffee available. For the difference in price you can buy your own breakfast. They include bar soap, so if you prefer something else, bring it with you. They also do not include shampoo, lotion, or kleenex, so bring your own. This is a very nice hotel.”

“The Dixie Motel is wonderful! We had a college graduation family stay. The rooms are brand new and clean and clean modern bathrooms! Fresh breakfast with orange juice and love the pour over coffee in each room! All the attention to details. Soft comfy beds with amazing bed linens. We will be back for sure!”

“The room was clean but the bed was not a queen. It was a double bed. My daughter and I shared the room but the bed was too small. It was comfortable enough to sleep. ”

“This motel was extremely close to John E. Hejl disc golf course at Davidson Creek which made it very convenient for my weekend disc golf tournament run by Armory Disc Golf from College Station. The room I got was nicely remodeled as shown in the Expedia pictures. The only thing they could do to improve is repaint a bit. The bed was comfortable and the nose from outside wasn't bad even being on a major intersection. Guru at the front desk was a ball golf fan, so we enjoyed chatting for a bit……

“This hotel experience was very average. We stayed for 3 nights. I booked the 4 queen bed room. It has one restroom for 8 people. It wouldn’t have been bad if maybe we had enough towels for everyone. I asked for more towels and was only handed 2. Toilet paper ran out quick and thought that the employees would restock it. Breakfast was ok, it only had one waffle maker, toast, pop tarts, cereal, coffee, and juice. Front desk people were nice. The beds did there job. The indoor pool is pretty small.……
