“I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quito. This is a family run boutique hotel and from the moment you walk in the door, they make you feel like you are family. It is a stunning hotel that is cozy and quiet, even though it is set right in the middle of the city. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating and they prepare a delicious homemade breakfast every morning! The hotel is set in an area with plenty of local shops, restaurants, and transportation. Our stay was……

“A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.”

“This is a lovely little hotel with a very welcoming feel and great staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the food (breakfast and dinner) in the cosy restaurant was excellent. The decor is designed to celebrate the cultural heritage of Ecuador and the whole layout is very attractive. The availability of complimentary fresh fruit in the sitting room area was a nice touch. Nothing to fault here, highly recommended.”

“Mario and Blanca run a fantastic operation at Casa El Eden. We are just off a four-night stay with them and couldn’t be happier with our visit. Mario could not have been kinder and more helpful. Want something specific? He can help. Laundry needed? Same day. Need a recommendation or info? Done - and/or he calls a friend. He really went out of his way to ensure that our every question was answered, and every need met. He helped arrange airport transportation both ways and even helped deliver……

“The hotel was excellent. The lobby was very nice with a large fountain and an antique car. The room was very large and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was huge and not the same each day. The spa on the room was fabulous. You must use or buy a swimming cap $5. but the equipment, hotub, and pool (small) were great.”
