“A gorgeous view of the Sassi and Matera. We were a quick walk from sites and food, plus had easy free parking close by. The staff were very friendly and the room was gorgeous. Be ready to get your stair-master on. There was an inside direct road into Matera Saadi center, but we preferred to wander the old part with gorgeous views over the valley. So up and down we went. ”

“The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.”

“Un écrin de verdure et de tranquillité en périphérie d'une zone d'activité (que l'on ne ressent pas une fois dans le parc de l'hôtel). Situé à quelques minutes en voiture du centre historique de Matéra cet hôtel est idéal pour visiter la ville et les environs, tout en assurant un séjour au calme. Les salles et (certaines) chambres autour de la cour sont, pour parties, creusées dans la roche, ce qui donne un charme tout particulier à cet hôtel. Belle piscine. Petit déjeuner très copieux.”
