“This is such a beautiful place to stay in Maui. Everything is so closed. The OGG airport is only 25 minutes away. You have beaches super closed, restaurants, parks, food trucks, stores… we loved this place. Eva and Jim were absolutely attentive and welcoming. They made us feel as if we were at home. They are a gem! We will definitely come back to stay at this beautiful place! Thank you so much for your hospitality!”

“The grand Wailea is definitely grand! Kid friendly and friendly staff. The spa is a must and the pool experience is fantastic. Everything else is expensive in the resort. Nobu restaurant was fabulous and delicious! ”

“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……

“This place has great potential, but the lack of amenities and poorly maintained grounds would discourage me from returning. The pools need regular servicing, and the rooms are not cleaned as scheduled. Additionally, they seem to focus more on selling timeshares than on maintaining the facility.”
