“This is an exceptional hotel in a fantastic location with accommodating staff! Unbeatable views from both the pool and my balcony. The staff is professional and friendly and were happy to assist and answer our questions about the area, restaurants, etc. We had the Junior suite, which was spacious and perfect for two people. The beds were a little too hard for my liking, but it did not bother me too much. The location is close to the airport and 3 minutes from the beach. Unless you have a car or are willing to take the bus, exploring the rest of the island might get expensive. For example, it costs 25-30……

“My kid and I take 3 nights all inclusive in this hotel. Because the sea is still cold so we spend most of our time in the indoor pool. The hotel is very close to the beach. Food is very good and we really enjoy the food, room and the indoor pool.”

“Staff at front desk courteous and helpful. Very limited dinning with rigorous access hours. Food was very good when available but the alcohol options were deplorable. For those traveling and have been to many Riu options in Mexico, it was a disappointment. Sure the laws in Mallorca do not allow for plentiful alcoholic consumption but when there’s a limit, the options should at least be good… even for cost. Definitely not a four star in my opinion. “The whole hotel has a great Vibe, looks good, is quiet, has a pool, a few paid places for parking, the breakfast has a huge Variety and it tastes very good, and it also has a small gym. I would give it a 4/5 Rating. 5/5 is not deserved because of the Roomservice. I had a few Hairs mostly at the Bathroom and asked if they could take care of it. But nothing happened even if they told me they are gonna clean it. That was kinda disappointing because the hotel made a very good impression to me”

“ALLES TOP 👌 Die Mitarbeiter/innen alle so lieb und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ...alles lecker und für jeden was dabei! Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
