“Convenient location close to Ravenna cruise port. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We paid extra for breakfast to be included, but weren’t able to locate the restaurant, so lost the money paid in advance.”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Nice room and beautiful premise”

“Our family of 5 stayed here the night before our cruise out of Ravenna. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Ravenna. The town is beautiful and the accommodation here was perfect for our stay. The host is very welcoming the facility is warm and cozy and adorned with beautiful art work. The breakfast before boarding our cruise was delicious and we had a chance to visit with our host. Check in and communication was easy and well communicated.”

“Bellissima la struttura, soprattutto gli arredi e in particolare le opere d'arte che abbelliscono gli spazi comuni. Camere abbastanza spaziose e letti comodi, un'ottima colazione servita nella sala ristorante dove abbiamo anche mangiato a cena. C'è pure una palestra, piccola ma nuova di zecca e dotata di tutto l'indispensabile. Ma quel che mi ha sorpreso di più sono state le accortezze del personale, prevalentemente giovanissimi, professionali e molto accoglienti con i clienti. Complimenti per……
