“I have been renting vacation homes through Homeway and VRBO for over 20 years and this was absolutely the worst house I ever rented. Upon arrival, I noticed there were several planks missing on the dock as well as railings that were falling apart and a lot of other problems with the dock, which was one of the main reasons I rented this property. I sent a text with pictures to Gulf Coast Getaways asking to fix. They replaced the missing deck planks but that was it. Later in our stay we had a……

“This spacious, well maintained home was a pleasant surprise. The outdoor space in the back is larger than the pictures let on. The backwater is scenic and relaxing with lots of entertaining bird activity. The home itself is comfortable with quality furnishings and appliances. There are balconies on all floors and both sides, providing excellent views of the beach or backwater, to fit your taste/mood. I was concerned about the home being across the street from the beach, but with nothing……

“This house was perfect for us and was just across the road from the beach . The little canal in the back yard was entertaining and you are able to walk the boardwalk to Peg Leg Petes and the store . “The home was beautiful. It was stocked with everything you will need and more. I have never seen so many towels and one rental property. My family enjoyed our stay very much. There were a couple of hiccups, but they were addressed and quickly fixed. I would definitely recommend this home for a beautiful stay.”
