“The place was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we hoped for, including pool, hot tub, master ensuites and all the kitchen items. Very close to Disney Land and centralized in the city. Check in and out was simple as well. Thanks for the memories.”

“Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!”

“First of all you have a beautiful home!! The neighborhood was very quiet!! It fit our family perfectly!! We loved the pool & hot tub that is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t gone to Disneyland!! It could have had a rack to put our dishes on to dry! Also a keurig coffee maker is faster & easier than a drip coffee maker! There was a slight ant problem in the back yard but when we called Jeff he right away made plans to correct it!! “Great location, comfy beds. Parking was easy right in front. Disappointed about cleanliness. Could use a deep clean and some organization. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were dirty, had hair. Found utensils that weren’t cleaned. Bunk room could use a dresser, only had a few wooden cubes. Patio furniture looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so we didn’t use. ”

“Well appointed home, as advertised on the website. Great location, everything we wanted to see/do was close by. Pool and jacuzzi were well maintained.Only suggestion would be to look at upgrading the bed mattresses for an even more comfortable stay.”

“This is the seond time we've stayed in this home. It is very spacious onside and out. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub are a hit with the kids. One thing changed from our previous stay: the bunk beds were moved from the office room into the master bedroom. We did not like this change. I'd reccomend putting at least a sleeper soafa in that small room for better sleeping arrangements. The house is a bit dated and could use a deep clean in the nooks and cranies. But we'd still stay……

“We were a family of 8 ranging from from 7 to 80 years old who stayed here for 5 nights. Lots of room, beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, games, Lego, pool table, hot tub, pool and the house was clean! About a 10 Uber to Disney, walking distance to local stores. Food for Less was close with great prices! LOVED the large living room large dining room table! Great communication with owner who was very responsive! We would stay here again and highly recommend! ”

“We had a lovely time staying here we gave a 4 star rating because of the poor shower in the master bedroom and a shower leaking through from upstairs airs into downstairs bathroom. The house was in a great location and we loved the space we had. We were all very comfortable and had a lovely time”
