“Check in was easy, staff have always been helpful and friendly. This is my 3td time staying at this hotel this year. I have come back because of the above reasons.
The only complaint I have is that although there is a pool and hot tub, they are still closed for use by health department of Longview for past several months, and hotel seems uninterested in fixing the problem with it. ”
