“The breakfast was not completely self serve. The eggs, sausage, ham, waffles, milk and other items were served behind a counter. Biscuit was hard and dried out. If i was serving myself, would have chosen another, but was awkward. Did not feel free to ask for seconds which are available at mist hotels. Pais total of $167 after tax tor single room. Will not use best western again.”

If she hadn't, we wouldn't have been able to stay there ... that would have been bad because we checked in at midnight. So, she saved our visit.
