“Arrival was a bit confusing: getting a taxi was a small challenge (number posted by phone didn't work). Only one other challenge - finding the Cell number for the host buried in fine print/not obvious in the VRBO! The location of the Flat is in the center of the village where there is so many ristoranti, bars, pubs, tratorias and gelati olaces stand in the village you could spend a very long vacation in Stress and still miss some eating places!. Lago d' Maggot is magnificent nestled in the……

“Our hostess was wonderful and the location of the unit is fantastic for access to the pedestrian area and the boat tour offices. As the weeks passed and we got comfortable, we found all that we needed in the cupboards and drawers to use the full kitchen facilities. I highly recommend it for a stay in Stresa and although we checked several towns on this lake and the others near it, Stresa is undoubtedly the best of the towns for walking around and enjoying the shops and restaurants. ”

“La location est très bien située à proximité de la ville et du Lac Majeur. Quelques améliorations à propos de la logistique peuvent être apportées.Les restaurants de bord du lac sont très fréquentables ainsi que les commerces de "bouche" locaux.Une expérience à vivre: l’ascension du pic Sasso del ferro par le funiculaire.Un séjour bref mais très agreable.”

“A 10 km, possibilité de prendre le bateau, le train pour aller à Milan (30 pour 2 adultes A/R), et monter à 1000m en prenant le funiculaire. A faire absolument mais peut etre plus le matin qd le tps est très dégagé ”
