“The apartment was clean and well-furnished.The owners Mike and Joyce were extremely responsive to our requests.My only word of caution is that the second bedroom is small and has two twin-sized bunk beds. The top bunk is accessed via a ladder. For a couple with kids this works great. For two adult couples, the couple in the bunk bedroom may not be comfortable.”

“This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. “The property was exactly as described in VRBO; nothing fancy but just fine. The add-on for "insurance" made the unit unnecessarily expensive (in my case anyway). “The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary.
