“This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. The train stops right at the stadium! We also took the train into Grand Central then took a short walk to Times Square to catch a Broadway Show. I highly recommend this place! ”

“The apartment was very clean. The street around it was very quiet. There is a free public parking lot across the street, where you can park all night. The apartment was extremely comfortable in every way. The location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Beacon has a lot of beautiful sights to see, and it is a very beautiful town. “Not only was the property not as described in several key ways, causing us to leave immediately because we felt unsafe entering and exiting the property, but the host refused to refund any funds. Regarding the property, there were several issues. First, the parking area in the rear was dark and strewn with trash near a shared dumpster (not shown in images). It was in the rear, and the parking lot was apparently shared with the adjacent Mexican restaurant. Then there was the old-school lockbox……

“From the pre-arrival to check out this property was brilliant!!Could sleep with the window open as the bedroom faces the backyard with beautiful old trees. Stan was so, so helpful with tips and communication was great.You can tell that a lot of thought and love went into making this apartment a home and I loved my solo stay there. I did get a parking ticket as thursday morning is street cleaning day but that s entirely my fault and Stan even mentioned it - just make sure to keep track of it.”
