“The apartment was clean and well-furnished.The owners Mike and Joyce were extremely responsive to our requests.My only word of caution is that the second bedroom is small and has two twin-sized bunk beds. The top bunk is accessed via a ladder. For a couple with kids this works great. For two adult couples, the couple in the bunk bedroom may not be comfortable.”

“This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. The train stops right at the stadium! We also took the train into Grand Central then took a short walk to Times Square to catch a Broadway Show. I highly recommend this place! ”

“The property was exactly as described in VRBO; nothing fancy but just fine. The add-on for "insurance" made the unit unnecessarily expensive (in my case anyway). You also might consider adding pasteurized 1/2 & 1/2 that doesn't require refrigeration & dark roast for coffee drinkers to the Keurig cabinet. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness and help. “House was very clean and owners seemed kind and thoughtful. They was a bottle of wine waiting for us at arrival. Beds and linens were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. The view from the balcony is splendid with cozy outdoor furniture and an area for yoga or meditation. We just found the decor to be a little schizophrenic and overwhelming. This is a great place for two adults and a couple of kids to stay. If two couples are going, they would need to be very comfortable……
