“We had a wonderful weekend at The Nutmeg Inn! The lovely Inn welcomes you with a feeling of nostalgia and comfort. We were greeted by Karen and Kevin and felt relaxed immediately. The breakfast of Kevin's homemade sourdough bread, scones, yogurt with Karen's homemade granola, fruit and Gruyere cheese egg bites were absolutely delicious. “Stayed here several times. For my money, Dennis & Kendall run the loveliest inn in New Hampshire. There may be more luxurious places to stay in the region, but if you are looking for a classic New England inn with charm in a beautiful location, this is the place. “The room was clean and beautiful, overlooking the white mountains. I guess I didn't read the fine print because we were expecting some dining option. Sylvesters for dinner and the Market for breakfast were not far away. The coffee/beverage bar in the lounge is extraordinary. Would've appreciated some cleaning attention to the windows and screens so we could've taken full advantage of the view. I know that upkeep of the place must be all-comsuming. The host was quite welcoming and attentive.……
