“So fun! Layout of the house was so perfect for bonding!”

“Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could……

“We had a quick overnight stay at this new and very pretty suite. Everything was spotless and the owners were very accommodating. We hope to be back soon!”

“We stayed here the weekend of June 20th for a girls trip & had an amazing time! The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the private beach & beautiful view from the deck! Highly recommend. ”

“Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. ”

“This is our second year in a row - and our third time overall - staying at this home for our annual family ski trip to King Pine. We love the open floor plan of the main floor that allows us to be in the kitchen but still able to be with everyone else. Bring toilet paper and paper towels if you’ll be staying more than a night or two. The hosts are wonderful and communication was excellent. We’re looking forward to staying again!”

“Property was excellent. Solid house in a great location. Just one full bath and a half bath but worked for us. Also a/c is only upstairs in family room but there are fans in all bedrooms. Again, no issue for us. Will be back.”

“Very clean and well organized. Comfortable beds. Kids loved all the board games.Only complaint is that the heating system is very close to two of the bedrooms so was loud and inconsistent at night. This is definitely priced into the rent because the place was very reasonably priced.”
