“This hotel is fairly new. They are tucked in a new development with other businesses. The gas station was 30 seconds from the door of the hotel. There was a Pizza Hut, a barbecue place, a jack in the box, and two or three other eating establishments. There was a refrigerator, safe, microwave, and iron and ironing board in the room.
