“The way they number their rooms is a little weird. So if you request a ground floor room, it may be on the second floor. This happened to me but the front desk clerk was kind enough to switch my room to one that was actually on the ground floor. There were a few things wrong in the room, there was no stopper in the sink and I could not get the large shower head to work but thankfully the handheld shower head worked.
