“Excellent location for both the beach and amenities, not to mention St Michaels’s Mount! We very much enjoyed our stay. We can thoroughly recommend both the Chapel Rock Café located directly opposite the cottage, together with The King’s Arms for a lovely meal, just a few minutes walk away. Also, the host is quick to respond. Just a few niggles… My husband is just over 6ft tall and did bang his head on the low ceilings downstairs a few times. “My wife has very high standards and she was extremely impressed when we arrived at Little Coombe. It was immaculate, had everything we needed, very orderly, tidy, clean yet really homely and comfortable. The garden is great, amazing views and lovely and private. We have a dog and the garden has been secured with gates which really put our mind at rest. The location is absolutely fantastic. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk, St Ives is a 25 minute walk, the train station is a 5 minute walk,……

“Absolutely amazing stay. I knew the general area of the property from pre-research so found it in no time at all. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but it is a very central and convenient location for St Ives. Property is straight out of a postcard, traditional and quirky due to its age. Fully equipped kitchen and bright fresh bedrooms. Use of the small garden area upstairs was beautiful - so many bumble bees and flowers! We met Sarah next door within minutes of arriving, she was……
