“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……

“酒店位置位於巷子內，租車司機也找不到，要打電話到酒店詢問，而且正門面對一個地盤，不過噪音不多。附近有很多咖啡店、餐廳、找換店、便利店等等，一般遊客需要的基本一應俱全，而且步行距離已可到達永珍市內大部分景點。接待處職員十分有禮，而且英語很好，很快回應住客問題。酒店內很整潔，床亦很舒服，基本設備亦齊全，惟窗戶近距離面對對面大廈，景觀一般，而且沒有升降機，如果行李很重會比較麻煩，不過以包括房間連早餐而言，這價錢也不需太挑剔了。”
