“We needed a place central to all of plans and this spot was perfect. Clean, lots of products (loved the bamboo toilet paper), street parking. Excellent Chinese restaurant at bottom of the hill. Friendly neighbors. Definitely rent again. ”

“Matt was very communicative when we had questions. We just have two suggestions. 1. That entry door is no beuno! Felt like the dead lock opened but the handle lock didn’t. 2. Desperately needs lighting in kitchen and dining room thank goodness for the time change and we had light longer. It would be more helpful if you had a physical notebook of instructions, suggestions like You can walk to Arsenal Park with kiddos, and menus of nearby restaurants.
