“This house is great. We came with 7 adults and 3 kids for a week. The place is fully stocked with anything you need. The beach was the favorite playground for the kids. The house has all sorts of toys for kids and adults. These owners are really thoughtful. By night we had a fire in the fire pit and dinner outside. It was great. The house isn’t in the big lake, it’s on a sort of cove or pond which is quiet. The only problem….and it’s a big one….they came by unannounced and sprayed the lake for……

“We just completed our 2nd stay at this great house and everything was just as great as our first stay. We had some issues with the Keurig working properly, and seemingly within less than a couple hours of letting our host know, there was a brand new Keurig waiting for us on the front porch. Overall this experience is 2nd to none. ”

“I recently stayed at Sam’s Lake House, AMAZING with breathtaking views of the lake. The large windows allowed me to fully enjoy the serene winter scenery, as snow fell. Sam was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to ensure my stay went smoothly, even arranging the cleaning crew to expedite their work.Thoughtful touches throughout the house, like the wide variety of games available—even 420 games, though it's important to note that smoking isn't allowed on the property. “I was staying with my husband and 2 longtime friends, so we needed a couple of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. This home filled the bill, and then some! The large living area with sectional was perfect for kicking back after being on the lake. 2 kayaks and a paddle boat were provided and we made use of them several times during our stay. The double decks were also great with plenty of seating.The house was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again without a question!”

“Great place with plenty of room to host dinners for the family we were visiting. The down stairs area was great to keep all the kids entertained. Only suggestion we would make is to install a hand rail on the stairs inside the house. It would help some of the elderly family members we had visiting. Other than that it was a great place with plenty of room. The open concept of the kitchen, dinning room, and living room was great for entertaining. The 3rd bathroom off the kitchen was also nice……

“The property is beautiful. There is an expansive yard right on the water with a small beach. It is cozy place with two bedrooms on separate floors. Each bedroom has a bath (one full; one powder room). The kitchen is well-appointed. The furnishings are modern and new. ”
