“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the proximity of the home to the year-round pool, downtown, and South and North Beaches. Top of the line cleanliness too! Definitely would stay here again.”

“From Arizona… wanted special time with my 2kids and 6 grandkids….the house was warm and inviting and roomy enough for us all. had everything and more… the host thought of everything… arCade games. Board games we took advantage of… a full kitchen to make it homey…outside living space and great views We also took advantage of the stores conveniently located and also a nearby park where we looked at the water. Played and went for a little walk… an experience the whole family enjoyed… thank you……

“Downsides are lack of transparency and disclosing fees, and a rather long chore chart that didn’t seem to justify those fees. Otherwise, it was very nice. Stairs are very steep, and that should be disclosed for people who might have trouble with them.”

“Such an amazing stay with close friends! The place had everything we needed and more. The views and neighborhood were beautiful! Dustin was very responsive and super helpful with anything we needed! Will be coming back again for sure !! ”

“A lovely, clean, well stocked home! The kitchen had more pots, pans, and spices than most at which I have stayed. Just a short walk to the lake. Close to the towns of Coloma and Watervliet, grocery stores, and just a short ride to St Joseph or Benton Harbor. The owners were easy to contact and very helpful. I hope to go back. ”

“Everyman’s House served as convenient lodging for our weekend in K’zoo. We were fascinated by the background and significance of this house. It retains many of its historic features while providing modern conveniences. As mentioned, there was significant noise with heavy traffic use at certain times of the day. ”

“Property was well taken care of and in a decent neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was at night there were numerous sirens in in the area that disrupted our sleep. ”

“The property was lovely, quiet and clean- must be fairly new to rental market still needed a couple things. Communication with rental group was very delayed or None existent. I had to directly contact host who called immediately. Met another renter at the pool who stated she’s stayed in neighborhood twice and both times communication was awful. We were never told about a fob needed to get into pool ( she waited 6 hours for a response and told me). We searched the house and finally found it. ”

“We really loved this place! Group of 8 women on an art retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for relaxing and doing some art! Communication with host was excellent! ”

“Propery was super clean, nicely decorated, and perfect size for the two of us! Only downfall was the 2 dogs next door, lots of barking late at night and early morning. ”
