“Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The room was very modern and lovely & clean. When we did stay it was a very hot weekend where the room was hot, would of been nice if there was a fan in the room that we could of used. Free parking which is an added bonus. Only short walk into Colchesters main town. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Our Family Stayed for 3 nights! What a pleasure to stay somewhere so friendly and accommodating! Family room was ideal for us and our 2 young boys! There were toys available to keep them busy whilst we got settled in, rooms were clean and a lot of things were considered for comfort and practicality! “Lovely hotel. We stayed in studio it was spotlessly clean. Only slight thing was to change air conditioning settings you had to stand on arm of sofa, maintenence man came over and helped us though. Very comfy nice and quiet. Great blackout blinds and comfy bed made for a nice lay in. Pub was really quaint nice old features. Breakfast was so good, staff so friendly and helpful. Great location in High Street. Would come back.”
