“Everything was as i expected ”

“Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. ”

“We had a lovely stay at The Beaches Guesthouse! Our room was great with a small balcony overlooking the sea. The fan was very welcome as it was super hot. Breakfast was really good and the hosts Jo and Buzz were very friendly.”

“A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. ”
