So if you are looking for a 5 star hotel with all ammenties under 3 years old please dont come here. This wonderful 400 year old pub is full of quirky, the floors creek and are not all spirt level flat, the plumbing babbles along at its own pace but hot water comes and the shower got me clean. “Perfectly placed in town with allocated parking. Friendly greeting on arrival and no surprises when entering the room. Unfortunately the room opposite was being used by restaurant guests as a toilet and attracted a couple of groups that were a bit loud but it did not overly affect the view of the stay. TV was in an awful position as it was impacted by the post of the bed and the light in the fridge was a bit annoying during the night as I’m a lite sleeper. Nice and clean, water and soft drinks……
