“Wonderful experiencie, specially for a family stay. Staff is very friendl.”

“Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. Lots of choices, however the bathroom was dirty. I stayed for 2 nights , I noticed some dirt in the toilet hoping it will be cleaned the next but alas it was still there after cleaning. The shower floor tiles are also very dirty. ”

“10月1号晚上快12点了才到卢萨卡，按着酒店订单上的酒店地址找了两个小时都没找到该酒店，联系电话也一直打不通，最后找了辆当地的车付钱让司机给我们当向导才找到，入住已经零晨两点半了，前台还一直强调我们订的大床房只能有一个免费早餐，另一个人要付费！！！！酒店外面看着还可以，内部很陈旧，厕所比较脏，厕所垃圾桶里还有两个空的饮料瓶，一看就是上位房客扔的酒店竟然没打扫！！非常不愉快的经历”

“The staff handling enquires through Expedia is the only saving grace of this hotel. She was most helpful to my enquiry to buy long distance bus tickets. Of course i understand that I am paying a budget price but to have baby cockroaches crawling out of the crevices in table in the room is petrifying, dirty and scary. And the ceiling walls of the toilet is dark, stained and moldy. Dinner menu was limited and we waited nearly an hour for a simple meal of rice with chicken. Oh my goodness, 1……

“Der Pool (3,5 m tief) und Garten ist super. Nette kompetente Bademeister. Allerdings wurden keine Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal ansonsten etwas schwerfällig und unorganidiert. Sie brauchen mehr Supervision. Wir mussten 4 Stunden warten, bis unser Zimmer fertig gereinigt wurde.”
