“當取房間後，才發覺沒有拖鞋和牙刷供應，要自己跑到櫃檯要求才有。但是house keeping 已經放工，唯有第二日才拿到物品。”

“其實房間空間好充足，有兩張椅子坐住休息吹頭整理妝容，但花灑力度不夠，要沖涼沖長左時間先覺得乾淨。另外，唔知點解住三晚，最後一晚返嚟啲茶包同奶都冇補充，返酒店已經過左10點，冇哂職員，第二朝沖杯English breakfast茶都唔得，之前兩朝都嘆左先出門口，令最後一天未能畫上完滿句號。”

“Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. I just feel that it was newly opened and everything is in great condition. The breakfast is great, but unfortunately, we were not get notified of the opening times of the restaurant, so we miss one of the breakfasts due to early departure for the train (there was a strike on that day). Apart from that, I will definitely reconsider this hotel when I visit Edinburgh again.”

“We only stayed one night, so overall is good and the staff are helpful and you have variety choices of breakfast. There is small issue of the socket, light, and clog drain in the wash basin, but since we only stayed one night so would reflect to ibis directly.”

“I like it there because it’s very quickly to arrive anywhere I want to go and then it’s a very good choice to stay there 2 nights and walk along”

“1. Location is good 2. Bell boy is proactive when checkin 3. Room is clean basically BUT RATs are running on the ceiling, you can clearly hear the sound of them. 4. Reception staffs are chit chatting loudly in the lobby. 5. Showing water are actually cold while the temperature is 4degree Celsius. Will not come again because of the horrible mouse during the night.”

“comfortable bed. reasonable price for breakfast. the wifi in room not stable, have to use wifi in lobby. location is good. If with large luggage, better go through Market St., than go to Cockburn St.”
