“the place is amazing! it has literally everything! i would recommend to reach out to the owner first before you rent stuff as we pre rent cooler and umbrella and was a waste as they have it. other than that, highly recommended! shame that we don’t have access to the other sapphire pool which is better than the one we could use ”

“The Studio has the usual comforts of a resort villa and more - water dispenser, coffee, basic seasonings, towels, shampoo, body wash and a welcome package of snacks. I enjoyed a full first night sleep which was nice. The Cottage is in a Residential neighborhood 10 minutes drive from the airport. Denyse, the host, is super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a repeat visit.”

“Nice studio apartment with all necessities required for a short stay in St John. Close to ferry, restaurants, and supermarket. Owner was helpful with instructions and directions to get to the stay. Owner was also very responsive and helped get the room ready immediately, since there was some mix-up and our room was not cleaned up by the check-in time. Owner was quick to fix that and was very helpful.”

“Very clean and a beautiful view. Plan on a steep walk up and down to the beach and resturant. We enjoyed the condo and owner was very quick to respond.”

“The property is in an ideal location, a half block from the main road of the town, Calle Flamboyan, and very close to a small market.The property is clean, well maintained and very spacious, with several areas other than one of the 2 bedrooms to relax and unwind, including a private backyard with a large deck.The property is well supplied. You'll find everything you need for a relaxing day on a beach, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler... The communication was quick and easy with the host. Dr”

“The Mermaid's Pearl was perfect for us after coming off of a week living on a catamaran. The condo was very comfortable, updated, great bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed and pillows and a well stocked kitchen. Loved being able to walk down to Sudi's for a meal or two, as well as down to the Sapphire Beach, We even walked to Pangea for dinner which we highly recommend!! Michael was an excellent host and always easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend the Mermaid's Pearl!! ”

“We absolutely loved the views this property provided. The private pool and outdoor pool shower were wonderful. Being high on the hill overlooking the island was fantastic. The interior was well cleaned and updated as well. Thanks to Hannah for her wonderful hospitality. She was great with recommendations as well. ”

“The rental gave us a really nice experience with its stunning view of the ocean. The house had a very modern feel to it and it felt really surreal. The kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer all helped us on a daily basis, the house was kept very clean and had all the required amenities. Owner was very responsive to our queries and has put it a lot of thought in making our stay very comfortable.. we would love to come back to this place again for next vacation visit. “The place was immaculate. Johannetsy was a great host. She always answered the phone when I called her with questions. I wish I could have stayed longer! My husband and I will definitely be coming back here. ”

“We loved the 2-bedroom apartment due to its spacious and comfortable feel! The location is great for access to restaurants and the best beaches. We had a power outage for part of our stay but they were quick to run a generator to keep us comfortable. The washer/dryer is not working and doesn’t look to have been for some time. Overall this place and Vieques is great- you really can’t ask for more!”

“Nice property with beautiful beach just steps away from your door. ”

“It was a great weekend stay! A little away from town and Flamenco beach but distances are very short in Culebra. Got to love the roosters at 5am!!”

“Colibri court is very well kept. The rooms are beautiful! Beach towels for use. Parking out front. Grocery on way In To property. Asha is very accessible if anything is needed. The pools were clean. Small one for kids was perfect. Thank you ”

“Everything was great except the refrigerator did not work and we lost groceries”

“Great place to stay. Elvis showed us all the plants around the property before he left us to enjoy the place which was so enjoyable. The place is cuter than the pictures and the view was the best we saw on trip. It is on a mountain so prepare to be a lil cooler than the beaches. Our mistake was not getting a rental… which was difficult to find taxi small enough to navigate the roads… most taxis are large van/ small buses. So please get a rental as main road up to place is a well maintained road………

“4 pm check in and 10 am checkout is kind of not too customer friendly. A plus on location and views, cold AC, big rooms. Only stayed two days, the room has everything you need for a longer stay. ”
