“Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. “My wife and I spent 5 great nights at Pomme Cannelle. We loved our hosts, loved the feel of our room, the private hot tub, and the beautiful pool. Orient Bay was a 2min drive down the road and had really great dining, and a great beach. In addition there was great supermarkets only minutes away as well to bring back great quality food to eat in the private outdoor kitchen. We truly loved our stay!”

“What a great place! An easy walk from the ferry terminal. Great communication with Mike and John. We truly felt like guests in a guesthouse! So relaxing! Very personal. The opposite of our Hilton in San Juan! Morning coffee on the patio by the pool. Peaceful afternoons. Fun restaurants nearby. We lucked out finding this property! Dreaming of a return visit…the sooner the better!”
