“My husband and I stayed at this lovely property for two glorious weeks recently. From the beginning, the communication with Tamika was excellent. She would answer any question without hesitation, and with the utmost promptness. It is a two unit building that is in a perfect location off a busy road with easy access to everything. The kitchen was so well equipped we cooked in several times. The property is very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed some days by the pool great……

“This is a very nice place to stay that is in a great location for anyone healthy and able to walk the short hill up from the beaches. Initially, our room had not been cleaned. However the manager was quick to respond and gave us a different unit to stay in for the first night. The unit we had most of the stay was safe and had an individual porch. Some other units share one porch and have poorly secured back patio doors. No reason not to stay here, just something to be aware of so you can prepare……

“What a beautiful place this is! Very clean and new! Tamika was kind and always ready with an answer. She was great!!! The view was so special right out our bedroom sliding door. Sweet little porch. “The view was lovely. We enjoyed the sunsets, hummingbirds and parakeets we saw from our porch. The location was outside the hustle and bustle (which was perfect for us) but close enough to walk to town. The hill its on is quite steep however so recommend you have a 4 wheel drive or strong legs.”

“Alison sent information about the cottage as soon as we booked. It was nice having all the info up front. The cottage is beautiful in decor and the view looking down over Coral Bay is amazing. Alison stopped by shortly after we arrived to make sure we were all set. The cottage seemed to have everything you could possibly need. Especially appreciated the beach chairs and there were a few refreshments in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great location! Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony watching the cars in the morning. So nice to be able to wash your clothes as needed. It’s a work in progress there will eventually be an elevator and more condos as of now there is stairs up to the condos for us middle aged it wasn’t bad but for older or kids it might be a lot. “Clean, large deck that overlooked the bay with the auto ferry, beds were comfortable, bathroom looked recently update, and AC in bedrooms worked great. Walkable to Cruz Bay but you are dealing with a steep hill so you will need to be able to handle a steep incline for about 30 yards, walk in from the bay near auto ferry. It had beach chairs and coolers for use as well. Would recommend for a clean but fairly simple place with a water view.”
